At CPA, we are dedicated to creating a supportive, creative, and disciplined environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive.

To achieve this, it is essential that students, parents, and staff work together to maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere.

These rules ensure that all children can focus on developing their talents while fostering a sense of responsibility and community.

By adhering to the following guidelines, we can all work toward achieving excellence both on and off the stage.

Please review the following rules with your child and complete the form to say you have read and understand

FEES

• Fees must be paid on time
• Fees are non-refundable and are due regardless of attendance, as they contribute to fixed costs such as the rental of the venue

ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals
• Arrive on time to ensure classes can begin promptly and without disruption
• Poor attendance and failure to learn actinglines may result in roles being reassigned or compromised

UNIFORM

• All students must wear the CPA uniform to rehearsals. Please be aware this now includes black jazz shoes. (See link for uniform items)
• Proper footwear and attire are essential to ensure safety and professionalism 

BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS

• All children must listen carefully to their teachers during class and follow instructions carefully
• Repeated inappropriate behaviour may result in parents being called to collect the child
• No shouting, screaming or running in the foyer or shared spaces. This behaviour can disrupt others and compromise safety

RESPECT FOR THE COMMUNITY

• Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude toward fellow students
• Treat the theatre's facilities and equipment with care and respect
